Solar Cooking

I read the book that was written about solar cooking.
It is cooking with light from sun.
To my surprise, it has be promoted around the world by SCI.
Moreover, I knew that solar heat made water safe drink for the first time.
It is unbelievable!
Solar cooking is useful  to improve quality of life of people.
